We use a metric called the "Automation Potential Score" (APS) to determine if a process is suitable for automation. Based on our analysis, any APS score equal to or higher than 2.5 indicates that the process is a good candidate for automation. A score of 2.5 or higher means that there are enough manual tasks or steps involved in the process that would benefit from automation, and the potential return on investment (ROI) of automating the process is likely to be significant. On the other hand, if the APS score is below 2.5, it may not be worth the effort to automate the process at this time. This could be because the process is relatively simple or has few manual steps that can be automated, or because the potential benefits of automation are not significant enough to justify the investment of time and resources.
